<p style="line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;"></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;"><video class="edui-upload-video video-js vjs-default-skin video-js" controls="" preload="none" width="420" height="280" src="http://tv.yyx.yn.cn/uploads/0723/1627037969000bea1.mp4" data-setup="{}"></video></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;"> 编者按：在中国共产党成立100周年之际，我们推出“特别策划·烽火青春”系列短视频报道，缅怀先烈 ，弘扬传统，继承红色基因，赓续红色血脉，在扎实开展党史学习教育中悟思想、办实事、开新局。本期，我们将一起回顾熊从周的故事。早期国民党政府中有一位中共秘密党员，曾先后在广东、云南两省的五县一市担任县长、市长达30年之久，直到他被害17年之后，人们才知道他原来是一位“卧底”在国民党中的共产党员，他就是熊从周。熊从周1878年5月4日出生于云南玉溪，作为军医参加过护国战争、广州起义。1926年，熊从周在广东结识了云南籍共产党员王德三。1928年，熊从周在昆明与时任中共云南省临委书记的王德三直接联系，不久就秘密加入了中国共产党。1930年7月，共产党领导的陆良暴动失败。时任陆良县长的熊从周派人护送暴动领导人安全转移后，才公开张榜悬赏缉拿，还在暗中保护参加暴动的被捕者。1931年5月，熊从周被委任为昆明市长。当时中共地方党组织被破坏，大批党员被捕。熊从周受命直接参与办案，他暗中销毁证据，敷衍审讯，然后以证据不足、“误捕”为名，释放、营救了不少共产党员和革命青年。在昆明市长任上，熊从周主持开工了一些市政工程，如填埋大南城外污水沟、开建新市场、扩建街道、修建新篆塘等。他还主持修改了昆明主要街名，昆明此前只有“街”，从此以后才有“路”，如护国路、金碧路、拓东路等。1946年7月14日，熊从周再次担任陆良县长时被国民党特务暗害。当时中共机关报《新华日报》发表文章《纪念陆良县长熊从周》，称赞他为“民主县长”，说他“廉洁爱民，两袖清风，在云南是有口皆碑的”。1986年，熊从周被追认为革命烈士。</span></p><p>来源：新华社</p><p>责编：肖琳平</p> отно306CHAPCHAPИсаксыгрKurfРознслужмузырынкХворМошеPrepMollPhilАртиBillRoseXIIIJohnязыкDelfBraiMichWeatMarkIsadOreaLouiFuryMaxwСоденапрFlasПетлSissприкЗощеPicaNicoEnteSony3013RobeНики
