16px;">这批学员将采取全日制培养，通过“乡村蓝店”的平台进行招生招工，形成“政府+学校+企业+公司+门店+新型职业农民”的招生即招工的宣传和组织模式，以“工学结合”或“工学交替”的教学组织形式，实现入校即入企业、上课即上班、毕业即就业的培养机制。同时，学校积极探索三天在企业、两天在学校的“3+2”培养模式，即每年1至3个月在学校开展文化基础课教学，其余时间到订单、定向、定岗的企业里开展有偿的生产实操性“师傅带徒弟”教学。</span></section><section 16px;">据悉，我县与红河州民族师范学校、红河州职业技术学院等学校进行合作，按照定人定向定学校原则，将厌学和学习成绩差的学生送到学校，推行现代学徒制培养新型模式，实行“校企合作，产教融合”定向培养、订单办学，并签订定向培养就业协议，承诺现代学徒制新型职业农民在企业生产性教学期间每月工资不低于4000元。学员毕业后，将切实解决我县初中、高中毕业生“两后生”未能升学流入社会及农民工就业难等问题，确保现代学徒制培养新型职业农民从低学历到高学历、从无技术到有技术、从低工资到高工资的根本性转变。</span></section><p
